Shipping, Return, and Quality Guarantee Policy

Quality Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received due to any defects or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. Send us an email to contact@maolimonkey.com with an image of the damaged item, along with the item reference and your invoice number.

If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will replace the item as soon as possible.

 

Shipping Policy

Our items are produced on demand to generate the least environmental impact, eliminating the need for stock and textile waste. The estimated delivery time is around 8 or 10 days, depending on your location. If you make a purchase of different items, be aware that they may be shipped by different partners of ours to minimize shipping distance and the respective environmental impact at the logistical level, so you may receive the items on different days.

 

Lost Orders Policy

For packages lost in transit, please contact us through the contact form within 7 days from the estimated delivery date, providing the details of your purchase.

 

Return Policy

Currently, we do not support returns because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. This is how we reduce our environmental impact, eliminating the need for stock.

 

Incorrect Address/Rejected by Recipient

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the carrier or reject the receipt of the order, the shipment will be returned and cannot be resent. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order and shipping.

 

Unclaimed

If you cannot receive the order at the address, shipments may be available for pickup at your local post office or carrier's pickup point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. For such cases, contact us through our contact form so we can resolve the issue. However, be aware that the reshipping costs will be at your expense.
